In 1989, the first Banh Mi 989 Bakery opened at Minh Khai Street, Ha Noi, Viet Nam, by the family’s paternal grandfather.

There was a grandfather who carefully put inside each slice of chili, piece of meat, chicken breast pate, vietnamese ham , every stalk of Coriander, cucumber, carrot daikon pickles and family secret dressing .

Crispy in the crust, soft and chewy on the inside and must be packed with fresh ingredients.

As the family bakery, 989 still uses Grandpa’s family recipe and creates many other recipes.

Up to now. For many years, Banh Mi 989 still retains that spirit : A dish in a hurry but must be carefully prepared in every step of preparation.

With Banh Mi 989, just a delicious loaf is not enough, it must be a delicious, quality and hygienic loaf !
